Current Math Focus: Multiplication and Division

• Gr. 3
  • Recall multiplication facts of 2, 5, and 10
  • Represent multiplication and divison up to 10 x 10 using a variety of strategies
  • Solve problems using multiplication and division
• Gr. 4
  • Recall multiplication facts to 10 x 10 and the related division facts
  • Use mental math to multiply whole numbers by 10, 100, and 1000 and divide by 10
  • Multiply and divide 2-digit and 3-digit by 1-digit
  • Solve problems using multiplication and division

Current Social Studies Focus: People and Environments

• Grade 3: Living and Working in Ontario
• Grade 4: Political and Physical Regions in Canada

Upcoming Science Focus:

Reminders for Students and Parents:

• All student should have weather appropriate footwear and clothing for recess. Extra socks are encouraged.
